Sunday October 20, 2013, after church, we went to a local forest preserve with some friends to take some pre-adoption photos. We had a lot of fun and got some great shots to one day show our child how excited they were for them to join our family. We hope whoever you are reading this blog - friend, supporter or prospective birthmother, that you will se the love we have, for each other and for the child that will one day call us mom and dad.

And praying, and praying. I know all things happen in God's perfect timing, but some days that waiting is hard.
This book entitled "A blessing from above" is a wonderful Children's book on the topic of adoption.
Indeed we do love this little one so much already and pray for them daily!
So I'm not one who likes to ask others for money, but some extra adoption expenses have arisen and we are now in the place where we are beginning to fundraise to help us with some of the costs of the adoption.
